Ken Farmer


Ken has been working with Microsoft and Dynamics 365 since beta of version 1. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Process consultant, Ken has over 15 years consulting, implementing, training, and supporting companies in their CRM and technology initiatives.

His passion and specialty is implementing effective solutions for the small and medium-sized business market. As a former Microsoft Certified Engineer, Ken has a solid background in the entire technology stack used by businesses today.

Ken was born in Southern California and grew up here and in Washington attending Gonzaga University. He is an avid baseball fan and proudly supports the local team. Mark Abes

Vice President

Mark helps articulate the needs of clients to our Microsoft Certified Consulting staff. This ensures a Dynamics 365 solution built to clients’ specifications. Mark also manages relationships with all software vendors we partner with – Microsoft Corporation, ClickDimensions, Scribe Software and others.

A former president of the San Diego chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners, Mark is active in the Microsoft Partner community. This assures our clients get the proper guidance and training on Microsoft products and related services outside the Dynamics 365 platform as well.

Mark, a Western Pennsylvania native, remains a die-hard Steelers fan despite living on the West Coast since 1990. He’s happy swimming, body boarding, and cycling along the sunny coast of San Diego’s North County.
